You appear to be uploading via FTP. If so, you need to choose the band name from the ETREE dropdown list after you submit your files, not from the audio list.

I have been using the Http uploader.. Would that make a difference?

Sorry, brain fart. FTP vs. HTTP doesn't make a difference that way. But you do still need to make sure it's selected as an etree item, not an audio item.
